SCHEDULE:
Thursday, September 19th - 3 pm Registration, 6 pm Dinner, 8 pm Opening Session of Retreat
Friday, September 20th - 8am-10pm
Saturday, September 21st - 8am-10pm
Sunday, September 22nd - 6 pm Retreat Ends

RETREAT FEES:
Meals included are the following:
Dinner on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and Lunch on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. All other meals are at your discretion.

Premium Seating:
The first 60 students to pay for Premium Seating (note: this is a separate registration fee) will be seated within the first few rows, closest to Master Co for 4 whole days!

PAYMENT PLAN:
Payment Plan Agreements are available on the following page(s): AY Retreat. The "Print Your Name" and "Your Signature" fields are mandatory. Submitting sensitive personal information is at the student's discretion. (i.e. By Phone, In Email, On Form) Students may not have more than two existing agreements to participate. To process, forms must be received by Friday, September 6th, 2024, at 5:00 PM (PDT) including the deposit amount, or with a pending charge at one of our payment partners. CANCELLATION:
Before September 1st will be subject to a 5% penalty fee for all credit card registrations. The remaining balance will be refunded.

Any cancellations after September 1st will incur a $300 fee. This fee will go toward covering event and resort expenses. The remaining balance will be refunded.
