I Am Thankful for Who I AM

We will focus on self forgiveness and self appreciation. We will be guided in disintegrating negative self talk and generating kind words and thoughts to oneself.

Studies show that Gratitude makes people happier, healthier, more resilient, more generous and they have stronger relationships!  Who couldn’t use more of that?!

Through these 31 Days of Gratitude, Master Co will guide us in energetic techniques, visualizations and meditations that will help us increase our appreciation for every aspect of our lives as well as help us to improve those areas that need an extra boost!
