    FOR GRADUATES OF ARHATIC YOGA PREP:

    Prepare your body, mind and emotions for the spiritual downpour that only comes once a year during the Sacred Wesak Festival Meditation!

    Graduates of Arhatic Yoga will be guided by Master Co in doing deep purification, followed by meditation as we connect as one globally for the Wesak Meditation.

    During this practice Master Co guide us in:

    Self Healing Practice with:

    • Disintegrator practice
    • Crystal healing

    Purification & Meditation

    • Blue Triangle
    • Kundalini meditation: with your feet in a salt water bowl - highly recommended to maximize the meditation

    Wesak Meditation

    • Lecture on 4 Noble Truths and the 8 Fold Path
    • Wesak Group Meditation

    Have these items ready for the event:

    • Blue Triangle
    • Spray bottle with alcohol
    • Foot soak bucket with salt and water (to whatever temperature you like)
    • Meditation Shawl (optional)
    • Wear white clothing for the event, or off white/cream colored. This is to symbolize purity and oneness. (Optional)

     

    Please submit your Arhatic Yoga Certificate if you did not attend the class with Master Co. 

    Refund Policy:
    A 95% refund on a course cancellation will be applied when you cancel at least 24 hours before the course takes place. A 90% refund will apply to all "No Shows" that did not cancel prior to the event.
