Oxnard, CA

1.5 hours from Los Angeles Airport(LAX)  | 1 hour from Burbank Airport (BUR) | 1.75 hours from Orange County Airport  (SNA) | 3 hours from San Diego Airport (SAN)

SCHEDULE:
Thursday, February 29th - 3 pm Registration, 6 pm Dinner, 8 pm - 10 pm Opening Session of Retreat
Friday, March 1st - All Day and Night
Saturday, March 2nd - All Day and Night
Sunday, March 3rd - 6 pm Retreat Ends

RETREAT FEES:
Meals included are the following:
Dinner on Thursday and Lunch on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. All other meals are at your discretion.

PAYMENT PLAN:
Payment Plan Agreements are available on the following page(s): AY Retreat. The "Print Your Name" and "Your Signature" fields are mandatory. Submitting sensitive personal information is at the student's discretion. (i.e. By Phone, In Email, On Form) Students may not have more than two existing agreements to participate. To process, forms must be received by Friday, February 16, 2024, at 5:00 PM (PDT) including the deposit amount, or with a pending charge at one of our payment partners. CANCELLATION:
Before February 7th will be subject to a 5% penalty fee for all credit card registrations. The remaining balance will be refunded.

Any cancellations after Feb 7th will incur a $300 fee. This fee will go toward covering event and resort expenses. The remaining balance will be refunded.
