    PAYMENT PLAN:
    Payment Plan Agreements are available on the following page(s): New Student or Review Student. The "Print Your Name" and "Your Signature" fields are mandatory. Submitting sensitive personal information is at the student's discretion. (i.e. By Phone, In Email, On Form) Students may not have more than two existing agreements to participate. To process, forms must be received by Friday, November 6th, at 5:00 PM (PDT) including the deposit amount, or with a pending charge at one of our payment partners.     Refund Policy: Cancellations before 24 hours of the event will be given a 95% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event or “No Shows” requesting a refund will be given a 90% refund. Apply your Event Fees as Credit for a future course and the full amount will be applied, there is no cancellation or refund fee.
