This time of year is about giving gifts. But let’s not forget about the deeper meaning behind so much celebration and gift giving.

Most people live several lives. You have your work life, your home life and even your social life. Each environment will evoke different qualities within us to shine forth.
However, the key to integrating and enhancing these different lives is our Spiritual Life.
Your Spiritual Life is literally the One Life that is all encompassing, from our waking to our sleeping moments.
It’s human nature to crave certainty and stability in our lives. That’s why resistance to change is such a big challenge for most people. This is especially unnerving when the change is something that is unpleasant or unexpected.
In this full moon lecture and meditation, Master Co shares an ancient Taoist story he first learned in his youth that has helped him embrace change in a positive and empowering way.
The inner meaning of this Korean proverb: most people unconsciously choose darkness or ignorance of their True Nature, even though the Divine nature within is as obvious as a lamp overhead.
