For this Full Moon Meditation, Master Co will dive deep into understanding the importance of experiencing compassion in our daily lives.

Compassion is the driving force behind our desire to help others and to make the world a better place.

Through the cultivation of compassion, we learn to better understand others and their suffering so that we can then be an instrument of help and healing for them.

A huge storm that burst dams in Libya caused floods that swept away as much as a quarter of the coastal city of Derna. Approximately 2,000 have died and 10,000 people are still missing. 

We will also bless Morocco, Maui and other areas that have been experiencing difficulties.

Let's come together to shower the area with soothing healing energy and compassionate purifying light.

Master Co will discuss the differences between the concepts of Mysticism and Mindfulness, the experiences associated with them and how each of them affects your spiritual practice. He will also guide us in exploring how to use them together to create a balanced spiritual experience and a deeper connection with God.

We will also do the Meditation on Twin Hearts followed by energizing our goals and projects with the group energies generated during the full moon.

Many of us have been blessed with someone in our lives that has inspired us, guided us and supported us through critical times in our lives. It could be a mentor that helped you through college, a coach that helped you with your career, or even a teacher with the wisdom to help you transform your life. In many traditions, these wise teachers might be called a GrandMaster or a Guru.                       

During the April Full Moon of Aries, we focused on purification of our energy systems to be able to assimilate the massive spiritual down poring during the May Full Moon, also known as the Full Moon of Taurus or Wesak Festival.  This month we will focus on sharing the blessings with a world that is in much need of peace, healing and order.

Easter is known in Christianity as the special day of Resurrection of Jesus Christ. On this special day, Master Co will share the esoteric significance of “Resurrection” in the life of the spiritual aspirant.

Regardless of our religion or faith, we can learn the principles of “dying to our old nature” and being “born again on the spiritual path towards the Universal Light of God”.
