SCHEDULE:
Thursday, August 14th: 8pm-10pm

Friday - Saturday, August 15-16th: 9am-10pm

Sunday, August 17th: 8am-5:30pm

Arhatic Yoga Prep - Click here to Register Now! Students that have not completed Arhatic Prep will be ineligable to attend the Retreat.

PREMIUM SEATING:

The first 40 students to pay for Premium Seating (note: this is a separate registration fee) will be seated within the first few rows, closest to Master Co for 4 whole days! Link to register for Premium Seat will be included in your confirmation email upon registering for Retreat.

PAYMENT PLAN:
Payment Plan Agreements are available on the following page(s): AY Retreat. The "Print Your Name" and "Your Signature" fields are mandatory. Submitting sensitive personal information is at the student's discretion. (i.e. By Phone, In Email, On Form) Students may not have more than two existing agreements to participate. To process, forms must be received by Friday, August 1st, 2025, at 5:00 PM (PDT) including the deposit amount, or with a pending charge at one of our payment partners. CANCELLATION:
Before July 30th will be subject to a 5% penalty fee for all credit card registrations. The remaining balance will be refunded.

Any cancellations after July 30th will incur a $350 fee. This fee will go toward covering event and resort expenses. The remaining balance will be refunded.
